How do I know if this facial is right for my skin?
You don’t need to choose a treatment yourself. Your esthetician assesses your skin, discusses your concerns, and selects suitable products and techniques based on your skin’s condition that day.
What is included in the 60-minute facial?
Your facial may combine enzyme exfoliation, oxygenating or hydrating treatments, facial sculpting massage, jaw tension relief, LED light therapy, and our ILM Glow Infusion Ritual. The combination is selected according to your skin’s needs.
Is facial sculpting massage included?
Yes. Facial massage is part of the Signature Expert Facial when appropriate. Techniques may include facial sculpting, gentle lymphatic movements, and jaw tension release.
What is the ILM Glow Infusion Ritual?
A freshly prepared sheet mask infused with a hydrating essence chosen for your skin, to leave your complexion feeling refreshed and hydrated.
Is this facial suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, the facial can be adapted for many sensitive skin types. We may use gentler cleansing, calming treatments, and barrier-supporting products while avoiding steps that could cause irritation.
Will I see results after one facial?
Many clients notice softer, smoother, more hydrated-looking skin and a refreshed glow after their facial. Results vary depending on skin condition and the treatments performed.
Is there any downtime?
Most gentle facial treatments involve little or no downtime. Temporary redness or sensitivity may occur, particularly after exfoliation or extractions. Your esthetician will explain what to expect.
How does booking work?
Pick a time online, enter your details and a card to hold the appointment. Nothing is charged until your visit. Booking details and our cancellation policy arrive by email right after you book.
